Ella Syverson

Ella Syverson passed away September 12, 2021 at her home in Jamestown, ND.

Ella Elsie Syverson was born on January 24, 1951 in Coon Rapids, MN to Emil and Elsie Geisler.

Ella lived for many years in the Merricourt and Edgeley area. She loved the outdoors, gardening, fishing and raising her chickens.  Ella married Robert D. Syverson in 1980.  Ella and Bob moved to their home in Jamestown in 1999.  She worked for Cavendish Farms from 1999 until she retired in 2012.

Ella is survived by her sons Edward (Lou Ann) Pergotski and Thomas Syverson and 2 step-sons Shawn (Kim) Syverson, and Paul Syverson, 17 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

Ella was preceded in death by her parents, Emil and Elsie, brother, Edward, husband, Robert and daughters Dawn Broich and Penny Syverson.

Visitation will be 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday, September 20, 2021 with a funeral service to follow at 11am at Eddy Funeral Home with Pastor Bryce Tahran officiating.  Interment will be at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Edgeley, ND immediately following the funeral service.
