Pamela Knopp

Pamela L. Knopp, 58, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Thursday, April 24, 2014, in Jamestown. Pamela was born on May 14, 1955 in Harvey, North Dakota, the daughter of Harold and Eleanor (Dahl) Knopp.

She attended and graduated from Fessenden High School in 1973. After high school she moved to Jamestown where she worked for White Drug and the North Dakota State Hospital for many years and also for TL Homes. She received her LPN and later became a Registered Nurse. Pam's career with the State Hospital and TL Homes was very important to her. It was like an extended family with staff and clients, they were as important to her as she was to them.

Pam enjoyed reading, traveling to casino's and gardening.

She is survived by her life partner of 39 years, Kevin Dunwoodie, Jamestown, 3 sister's, Cheryl (John) Colby, Fessenden, ND, Karen (Marvin) Roemmich, Eldridge, ND and Julie (Jerry) Gengler, Steele, ND and nieces and nephews,Jodi, Corey, Keith, Micheal, Marcus, Sky and Romelle. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Memorial Service: 11:00 AM, Tuesday April 29, 2014 at Eddy Funeral Home, with Pastor Jacob DeBoer officiating.
