Amy Zink, 85, Jamestown, ND died Saturday, June 19, 2004 at Jamestown Hospital, Jamestown, ND.

Amy Draper was born May 13, 1919 in Jamestown, ND to Dallas L. and Elizabeth (Clark) Draper. She was raised and attended school in Jamestown, graduating from Jamestown High School. Amy attended Northwest Nazarene College in Nampa, ID. On June 25, 1941 she married Howard Zink in Seattle, WA. Amy returned to Jamestown in 1962. She resided in the house where she was born and raised. She was employed as a nurses aid at the North Dakota State Hospital in Jamestown. She retired in 1984. Amy was a lifelong member of the Nazarene Church. She enjoyed reading and visiting with friends.

She is survived by one daughter, Charlotte (Dick) Mottram, Nampa, ID; one son, Gordon (Jackie) Zink, Fritch, TX; two grandsons, Aaron and Andrew Zink; two sisters, Marjorie (Burrell) Ellis, Nampa, ID and Hazel Williams, Portland, Ore. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, three brothers, Harold, Richard and Wilbur, three sisters, Helen Herring, Harriet Draper and Frances Duwe.

Funeral services: Wednesday, June 23, 2004 at 11 AM at First Church of the Nazarene, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Richard Reynolds.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND

Visitation: Tuesday, June 22, 2004 from 9 AM to 9 PM at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown, ND.
