She is survived by her mother, Brenda Johnson; father, Lionel Trevino, both of Jamestown; maternal grandparents, Brad (Ruth) Johnson, Lamar, CO, and Donna Johnson (Brad Sammelman), Jamestown; paternal grandmother, Maria Juana Hererra, Mexico.

Funeral Service: 4:00 PM, Saturday, December 20, 2008 at the Eddy Funeral Home with Pastor Bryce Tahran officiating.

Visitation: One hour before the service at the funeral home.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
