Ardis Margaret Link

Ardis Link, 93, LaMoure, ND, formerly Dickey, ND died at St. Rose Care Center, LaMoure, ND on Sunday, April 1, 2007.
Ardis Margaret Luck was born on June 28, 1913 on the family farm in Saratoga Township near Dickey, ND the daughter of Albert and Margaret (Radderman) Luck. She was raised on the farm and attended the Adrian, ND school. She married Henry J. Rumsey on June 16, 1930 at Moorhead, MN. They settled on a farm between Adrian and Dickey, ND until moving into Jamestown in 1945. They moved to Broken Bow, Nebraska in 1954. Henry died in August, 1966. She worked as a waitress in a Café in Central City, Nebraska and then worked for Burlington Northern Railroad. She married Dean Link in Nebraska on May 23, 1981 and they made Aurora, NE their home until his death in 2005. She became a resident of St. Rose Care Center, Lamoure, ND at that time.
Survivors include 1 son Frank A. (Marlene), Pinellas Park, FL; 1 daughter, Anna Marie Prorok, Shelby, Iowa; 4 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, June Mulligan, Jud, ND, Harriet Lebaun and Arla Mae (Gordon) Lippert, both LaMoure, ND; and 2 brothers, Elvin (Vangie), Adrian, ND and Marvin (Joan), Crookston, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, 4 sisters and 1 brother.
Funeral Service - 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2007 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND.
Visitation - 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Friday, April 6, 2007 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND
Interment - Dickey Cemetery, Dickey, ND.
