Barbara Clinton, 83, Jamestown, North Dakota died Friday, July 10, 2009 at MeritCare Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota.

Barbara Aipperspach was born May 9, 1926 in Jamestown, North Dakota to Chris and Katherine (Klein) Aipperspach. On June 24, 1947, she married Robert Clinton in Seattle, Washington. They lived in Seattle, WA from 1943 to 1984. Barbara and Robert moved back to Jamestown, ND in 1984. She enjoyed crocheting and being a home maker. Barbara was a member of VFW Auxiliary, regularly attended weight watchers meetings and was an inspiration to many. Barbara was a faithful and wonderful wife of Roberts for 62 years.

Barbara is survived by: husband, Robert, Jamestown, ND; one daughter, Kathy (Covie) Smith, Allyn, WA; one grandson, Matthew Breidenbach, Seattle, WA.

She was preceded in death by six brothers and five sisters.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Eddy Funeral Chapel with Chaplain David Fisher, officiating.

Visitation: 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 15 at Eddy Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND
