Beverly Andrus

Beverly Andrus, 75 of Jamestown died Friday, February 28, 2003 at Meritcare Hospital in Fargo, ND. Beverly was born June 24, 1927 in Jamestown, ND the daughter of Herbert and Marguerite (Berry) Brown. She received her education in Jamestown Public Schools, and graduated from Jordon High School in Long Beach, CA. Beverly married Robert Andrus on August 3, 1947 in Grand Forks, ND. She attended business school in Jamestown, and later became a stenographer for several businesses including First National Bank, Stutsman County State Bank, and the Anne Carlson School.

Beverly enjoyed watching her grandchildren's activities, as well as, painting, watercolor, gardening, and needlework.

She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, Jamestown.

She is survived by her husband, Robert, daughter, Carol (Gary) Nelson, Whitefish, MT, two sons, John (Arlene), Minot, ND, Kevin, Jamestown, ND, eight grandchildren, one sister, Betty (James) Harty, Jamestown.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Funeral Service; 11:00AM, Tuesday, March 4, 2003 at First United Methodist Church with Rev. Dick Boyd officiating.

Visitation; 1:00 to 9:00PM, Monday, March 3, 2003 at Eddy Funeral Home.
