Brenda Joy Howard

Brenda J. Howard, 65, of Sun City, AZ, formerly of Kensal, ND, passed away at her sister’s home on Wednesday morning, September 25, 2024 in West Fargo, ND.

Brenda Joy Partlow was born September 24, 1959, in New Rockford, ND, the daughter of Alvin and Mary (Wildermuth) Partlow.  She moved with her family to Ellensburg, WA and graduated from high school in Kittitas, WA.  She owned and operated the Oak Rail Bar in Ellensburg until moving back to North Dakota and resided in Kensal.  Brenda worked at Cavendish for some time and kept busy.  She always drove a pick-up and loved going 4-wheeling in the mountains.  Brenda moved to Arizona 9 years ago where her home has been since.

Brenda is survived by a special friend, Jason Pierides and his children, Jenna and Blake; siblings, Mike & Noemi Partlow, Jim & Karen Partlow, Patti & Val Ramer, twin sister, Barb & Steve Backer, Terry Bjerke, and Lisa Partlow.

She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Timothy Partlow.
