Candice Vass

Candice Vass, 48, Jamestown, North Dakota died Saturday, November 8, 2003 at Trinity Hospital in Jamestown. Candice Sue Kreil was born August 4, 1955 in Jamestown the daughter of Ruben and Elsie (Lang) Kreil. Candace grew up and attended high school in Jamestown, completing her GED and one year of college. She was married in 1971. She worked for the Jamestown Sun, North Dakota State Hospital and K-Mart for many years. Candace loved crafts, computers and spending time with her family.

Candice is survived by two daughters, Jennifer (Stephen) Leuchtman and Christy Vass, both of Jamestown, one brother, Rick (Shawn) Kreil, Fargo, one niece, one nephew and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one son, Timothy.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 11, 2003 at Eddy Funeral Chapel with Rev. Bryce Tahran officiating.

Visitation: 2:00 to 9:00 PM, Monday, November 10, 2003 at Eddy Funeral Home.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, North Dakota.
