Cherie Colburn

Cherie L. Colburn, 60, Jamestown, North Dakota died Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Hi-Acres Manor Nursing Home in Jamestown.

Cherie Garvin was born May 12, 1947 in Cleveland, Ohio, the daughter of Howard J. and Evalyn L. (Goldschmidt) Garvin. She attended high school in Jamestown, New York, graduating in 1965 and attended Jamestown Community College for a short time. On September 4, 1965 Cherie married Robert Earl Colburn. She was a homemaker, volunteer and mentor.

Cherie was a member of the National Buffalo Museum. She enjoyed gardening and quilting.

Cherie is survived by two daughters, Lila E. Colburn, North Carolina and Dana M. Colburn and one son, Erin R. Colburn.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Funeral Service: 11:00 AM, Thursday, June 21, 2007 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel with Rev. Darrell Schultz officiating.

Visitation: One hour before the service at the funeral home.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, North Dakota.
