Christy Vass

Christy Vass made her entrance into the world during a blizzard on December 26, 1977. She was born in Medina, ND to Candace (Kreil) Vass and Robert Vass. She grew up in Jamestown, ND.
Her love of playing in the dirt turned into a passion for growing flowers. She shared her creativity with others through her scrap booking. She loved spending time with her family and friends while camping and riding motorcycle. She was a loving soul that never met a cat she didn't want. Her smile and humor touched many lives. She made numerous friends while working at the Jamestown Truck Plaza Café, Absolute Chiropractic, and the ND State Hospital.
Christy joined her mother, Candace, her brother Timothy, and her grandparents, Ruben and Elsie Kreil in heaven on September 18, 2016.
She left behind her sister, Jennifer (Jason) Ferron; her niece, Elise Leuchtman; her nephews, Timothy and Ruben Leuchtman; her uncle and aunt, Rick and Shawn Kreil; her cousins, Tyler and Molly Kreil; the daughter of her heart, Kelsey Bear; the love of her life, Cricket Bear; her cats, Sheba and Babes, and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Thursday, September 22, 2016 at Eddy Funeral Chapel with Pastor Bryce Tahran, officiating.
Visitation: 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 21 at Eddy Funeral Chapel.
Burial: Highland Home Cemetery.
