Darold Farthing

Darold Lee Farthing Sr., 78, was born on August 5, 1940 to Donald and Eunice Farthing in Big Timber, MT.

The family moved to Jamestown where Darold attended school. Darold enlisted in the US Navy, but due to medical reason’s was Honorably discharged.

He enjoyed working with metal and woodworking. He also enjoyed participating in Flea Markets.

Darold is survived by three sons; Darold Jr “Dave” (Sandy) Farthing of Jamestown, Terry (Joan) Farthing of Spokane, WA, and Randy Farthing of Ellendale, four daughters; Kathy (Joel) Bechtold of West Fargo, Monica (Jerry) Hieb of Jamestown, Tina Farthing of Jamestown, and Candice Carow of Jamestown, one brother; Donald (Karen) Farthing Jr. of Watertown, SD, one sister; DeAnn (Chuck) Simmons of Jamestown, fourteen grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren, two nieces, and one nephew.

He is preceded in death by his parents, three daughters, and one son.

Memorial Service: Private family service at a later date.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery.
