Darrell Perry

Darrell Perry, 83, Jamestown ND, passed away unexpectedly at home on August 15, 2018.

Darrell Richard Perry was born March 28, 1935 at Eldridge, North Dakota to Orville and Edith Perry. He attended school at Windsor, ND.

He served in the US Army from 1953 to 1956 and was stationed in Germany. He married Judy Berg on August 8, 1957 in Jamestown, ND.

Darrell was a hard working union pipefitter for over 40 years.

Darrell was a man of many interests. He loved playing cards with his friends, gardening and working on home improvement projects. He loved working on his last home and he loved his “Field of Dreams.”

Darrell is survived by his wife of 61 years, Judy, two sons Mike (Susan) Perry, Minneapolis, Mitch (Michelle) Perry, Cambridge, MN, one daughter, Michele (Kyle) Fear, Aberdeen, SD, and seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and two sisters, Elaine Loiland, Bagley, MN, Joann Putnam, Montpelier, ND and brother Alex Clemens, Portland, OR.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Jim, two sisters, Patricia and Marion.

As per Darrell’s wishes, there will be no services.
