David A. Deutscher, 52, Jamestown, North Dakota died Monday, July 12, 2004 at his home in Jamestown.
David was born February 11, 1952 in New Underwood, South Dakota the son of Arnold ""Bud"" and Florence (Johnson) Deutscher. He was raised in Steele, ND and graduated from Steele High School. On June 12, 1971 David married Pam Fairchild in Steele. David attended Gun Smithing School in Colorado. They moved to Bismarck in 1974 and bought the NoDak Gun Shop, which was later moved and renamed Gun City. They moved to Jamestown in 1984 and have resided here since.
David enjoyed hunting, fishing, boating and working on guns.
David is survived by his wife, Pamela of Jamestown; two sons, Tracy (Merri) Deutscher, Jamestown and Tim (Bobbi) Deutscher, Fargo, ND; one daughter, Carrie (Shannon) Englin, Jamestown; one granddaughter, Hannah Deutscher and two brothers, Arnold, Jr. and Martin Deutscher, both of Rapid City, SD.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial Service: 2:00 PM, Friday, July 16, 2004 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown with Speaker Karl Bergh officiating.
