David W. ""Dave"" Ronholm, 47, Aurora, Colorado, formerly of Jamestown, ND, died Wednesday, February 23, 2011 at his home in Aurora.
Dave was born October 20, 1963 in Jamestown, the son of R.J. and Myrna (Harding) Ronholm. He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1981. On December 10, 1982 he entered the United States Air Force. He was honorably discharged on July 6, 1987 and returned to North Dakota where he attended a travel school in Bismarck. Dave worked for Schwan's in Sweetwater, Tennessee for awhile. He was employed with Great Lakes Airlines at the Denver Airport, Denver, CO, for the past 20 years.
While growing up Dave was an active member of Trinity Lutheran Church and their youth group and attended Red Willow Bible Camp in Binford, ND. He was also a member of the 1981-82 State Championship American Legion baseball team.
Dave was a member of Ernest-DeNault Robertson Post #14, Jamestown. His hobbies included bowling and baseball.
Dave is survived by two daughters, Cassandra and Paige Ronholm, Lakewood, CO; their mother, Wendy Woodman, Lakewood, CO; parents, R.J. and Myrna Ronholm, Jamestown; one brother, Gary Ronholm, Jamestown; and extended family, Fernando Bastidas and family, Ecuador.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents.
