Deena Vaughn Clemans

Deena Vaughn Clemans, 92, of Black Canyon City, Arizona died on March 24, 2003. Vaughn was born August 21, 1910 near Adrian, North Dakota to Samuel and Edna (Benson) Clemans. Vaughn never married. She devoted her life to teaching and guiding the lives of many, many students throughout her career. Vaughn retired as a school teacher in California and later moved to Black Canyon City, AZ.

She is survived by three brothers, John Clemans of Moraga, CA; Lyle Clemans of Tucson, AZ and Kermit Clemans of Glen Carbon, IL and family member in North Dakota.

She was preceded in death b y her sister, Mary Lee of North Dakota.

Graveside service: 4:00 PM, Thursday, March 27, 2003, Mt. Hope Cemetery, Edgeley, North Dakota.

No visitation is scheduled.
