Donald H. Greenlund

Donald H. Greenlund, 75, Reno, Nevada, formerly of Jamestown, North Dakota died Saturday, September 27, 2014 at his home. Donald Greenlund was born December 20, 1938 in Jamestown, ND to Lee and Elsie Greenlund. He attended and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1957. Don married LuAnne Anderson, in 1957. Don moved his family to Reno, NV in 1962 and worked as a truck driver while raising his family. LuAnne passed away in 1989. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time outdoors and playing cribbage with his neighbor. Don lived his life simply and would lend a helping hand to get the job done. He touched so many hearts young and old. Don is survived by his twin brother, Ronald (Darlene) Greenlund, Jamestown, ND; daughter, Kandi (Ralph) Smith; son, James (Sandra) Greenlund, all of Nevada; grandchildren, Jennifer, Traci, Sarah, Kurstin and Tanner; great-grandchildren, Abby and Ava. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife, LuAnne.

Family Receiving Friends: 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, Friday, October 10, 2014 at Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery.
