Donald Duane Moser, 61, Medina, North Dakota, died Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Jamestown Hospital.
Donald was born October 4, 1947 in Jamestown, the son of Ernest and Helen (Lorenz) Moser. He was raised and attended school in Medina. On July 1, 1978 Donald married Connie Oster. Donald had various jobs, but in 1979 he went to work for his parents who owned Stutsman County Sanitation and in 1989 Don and his wife, Connie, took over the business, selling it in 1999. Donald went to work at Duratech Industries in 2000 and was employed by them at the time of this death.
His great love was his daughters and granddaughters, who will greatly miss him. He loved to visit and B.S., travel, and sports. He was a great supporter of the Big Dog Needy Kids Christmas Party and was shopping for the party at the time of his death.
Don is survived by his wife, Connie, of Medina; two daughters, Shannon Moser, Jamestown, and Dawn (Eldroy) Salinas, Medina; three granddaughters, Megan and Caitlin Meza, Jamestown, and Keisha Salinas, Medina; mother, Helen, of Medina; one brother, Kenneth Moser, Fargo, ND; three sisters, Jean Moser, Fargo, Linda Moser Eicholtz, Bismarck, and Sherry (Clifford) Meadows, Medina; one niece and two nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Memorial Service: 11:00 AM, Friday, December 26, 2008 at the English Lutheran Church, Medina, with Pastor Chris Hogstad officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to Big Dog Country Christmas Party for Kids.
