Donald Warren

Donald Warren, 63, of Jamestown, ND, died Monday morning, March 12, 2018 at his home.

Donald was born December 4, 1954 in Ohio, the son of Donald Lee and Joyce (Ewing) Warren. He graduated from high school and from Ohio State University – Home of the Buckeyes. Donald moved to Jamestown and fell in love with the state, especially the hunting and fishing it had to offer. He worked for F.M.H.A. as a country supervisor until the organization reorganized. Donald then moved to Bismarck to work for Rural Housing Development in the finance department, eventually as acting state director. After retiring seven years ago, he returned to Jamestown and enjoyed reading, studying WWII and the Korean Conflict, and building models.

Donald is survived by his fiancée, Sharon Waterman; brother, David (Pam) and their children; sister-in-law, Jane Warren and children; step-mother, Theresa Warren; and step-daughter, Angie (Jim) Grothman and step-granddaughter, Ava.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Dennis.

Memorial Service: 2:00 p.m., Monday, March 19, 2018 at Williams Funeral Home, Jamestown.
