Donna Elaine Bauer

Donna Elaine Bauer, 68, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Sunday, April 6, 2003 at Hi-Acres Acres Manor Nursing Home, Jamestown, where she had been a resident for a short time. Donna was born in Dunseith, North Dakota on September 23, 1934. She attended school and graduated from Wahpeton High School, Wahpeton, ND in May 1952. She was married in 1952 and later divorced in 1975. They had three daughters, Cindy, Cathy and Linda. Donna lived in Mitchell, South Dakota , Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Aurora, Colorado and moved to Jamestown in 1985. Donna enjoyed playing Bingo and was known to be a winner in the Bingo circle. When family came to town she could be found at the kitchen table playing cards.

She is survived by her daughers, Cindy Pfluger, Cathy (Larry) Maley and Linda (Jody) Grimm all of Aurora, CO, four grandchildren, Joshua and Justin Pfluger, MacKenzie Grimm and Syndi Maley, two brothers, Bill (Gayle) Chapin, Jamestown and Jim (JoAnn) Chapin, Seattle, WA, and three nephews, Mark (Tammy) Chapin, Les Chapin and Randy (Ruth) Chapin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Grace and Deane Chapin.

Funeral Service: 1:30 PM, Friday, April 11, 2003 at Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown with Rev. David Fisher officiating.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, North Dakota.
