Dorinda Kay (Denning) Mcclellan

Dorinda Kay McClellan, nee Denning passed away June 11th 2024, aged 65 years old. Survived by her brother Kenneth Denning and daughters Brandi (Tim) Bilger and Nicole Wheeler (Jeff) Kohl as well as grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Darlene and Arlon Denning. She leaves behind memories of a giving heart and a love of crafting she taught her daughters.

Dorinda was very involved in her church in California, Thanksgiving Lutheran in Redlands CA. She donated her time in the office, preschool, and with fundraising. Before leaving California, Dorinda was part of the church's quilt circle, and continued to make quilts as long as she could.

Known among friend and family members for her baking, she even worked in a cafe bakery before moving to North Dakota. Dorinda has lived the last few years in Indiana with her daughter Brandi and her family.

A visitation will be held for Dorinda on July 27th at 9:00 a.m. at Williams Funeral Chapel in Edgeley ND.

Burial to follow at 11:00 a.m. Mount Hope Cemetery, Edgeley ND.
