Ed Stoller, 69, Jamestown, North Dakota died Tuesday, January 20, 2004 at his home. Ed was born September 2, 1934 in Iosco Township, near Medina, ND the son of Jake and Sophie (Hofmann) Stoller. The family moved to Pettibone and Ed farmed with his father. The family moved to Jamestown in 1957 and Ed was a member of the ND National Guard there. Ed married Shirley Kuderling in October 1958 at Pingree, ND. They have lived in Jamestown all of their married life, except a year and a half when they lived in Steele. He worked for John Deere/Jamestown Implement in Jamestown for 34 1/2 years and Don Wilhelm, Inc. since 1992.
Ed was a member of the American Legion, the Eagles and Trinity Lutheran Church, all of Jamestown.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, golfing and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Ed is survived by his wife, Shirley of Jamestown, two sons, Jerry (Ruby) Stoller, Arlington, WA and Mike Stoller, Jamestown and three daughters, Deb (Leland) Rott, Nortonville, ND; Teresa (Mark) Bollinger, Monroe, WA and Cari (Travis) Spier, Sioux Falls, SD, 9 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, one brother, Don Stoller, Billings, MT and three sisters, Lydia Pagano, Walnut, CA; Dorothy Sorenson, Clinton, UT and Esther (Don) Albrecht, Buchanan, ND.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Edna, in infancy.
Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Friday, January 23, 2004 at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Terry Anderson officiating.
Visitation: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, Thursday, January 22, 2004 at Eddy Funeral Home.
Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, North Dakota.
