Eleanor R. Schneider

Eleanor R. Schneider, 87, 719 Countryside Trailer Park, Fargo, N.D., died Wednesday, January 29, 2003 in Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo, N.D.

Eleanor R. Pietrek was born June 16, 1915 in Kensal, N.D. to Andrew and Grace (Libowski) Pietrek. She grew up on a farm and attended school in the Kensal area. She graduated from business college. She lived in New York and later in Chicago where she worked as a legal secretary. Eleanor and Benedict J. Schneider were married in Chicago on January 27, 1957. They lived in Chicago for a time, then moved to West Covina, CA where they lived for 17 years. They moved to Fargo in 1981. Benedict died April 11, 2000.

Eleanor was an active member at Courts Plus and was thankful for the many close friends she had there.

She is survived by her immediate family which includes Grace Cole, Austin, TX; the Trish Ohlmsted family, Austin, TX; and Paul Cole, Spicer, MN.

Funeral Mass: 10:00 A.M. - Saturday, February 1, 2003 at Basilica of St. James Catholic Church, Jamestown, N.D. with Father John Fisher officiating.

Prayer Service: 7:00 P.M. - Friday, January 31, 2003 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, N.D.

Visitation: Friday, January 31, 2003 - 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo, N.D.

Saturday, February 1, 2003 9:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. at St. James Basilica Catholic Church, Jamestown, N.D.

Burial: Calvary Cemetery - Jamestown, N.D.
