Eugene (Pete) Schuldheisz, 67, Jamestown, ND died Sunday, January 28, 2007 at his home.
Eugene Schuldheisz was born December 10, 1939, the son of Rudolf and Ida (Reich) Schuldheisz. He received his education in Jamestown Public Schools, and entered the US Army in 1958. He received an honorable discharge in 1962. Pete married Patricia Giroux in 1966. In 1968 they moved to South Milwaukee, Wisconsin where he was employed as a welder at Bucyrus Erie for 17 years. He returned to the Jamestown area in 1984 and was employed as a welder at Haybusters until retirement.
Pete enjoyed fishing, auction sales, bluegrass music and his garden. He was known by many as a jack of all trades.
Pete is survived by his wife, Patricia; one son, Lawrence (Donna) Schuldheisz, Jamestown; two daughters, Christene (Roger) Fincel, Jamestown and Annette Zawistowski, Hartford, WI; eight grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Lester (Jean) Schuldheisz, Carrington and Curtis Schuldheisz, Jamestown and two sisters, Marlys (Ernie) Hollingsworth, Everett, WA and Sharon Lutman, Jamestown.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Arlene Wenzel.
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Thursday, February 1, 2007 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown with Speaker Karl Bergh.
Visitation: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Tuesday, January 30, 2007 and Wednesday, January 31, 2007 at the Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown, ND.
Burial: Buchanan Cemetery, Buchanan, North Dakota, at a later date.
