Eunice Ostenson

Eunice Ostenson, 70, Jamestown, ND, passed away Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at Eventide Jamestown.

Eunice, daughter of Albin and Rose (Lambert) Ostenson was born March 10, 1945 at Rolette, ND. Eunice lived on the family farm and graduated from high school in Rolette. She worked at the Hub Restaurant in Rugby, ND for many years. Around 1987, she moved to Jamestown where she worked for Lil’s Restaurant until it closed.

Eunice enjoyed playing cards, playing bingo, reading and spending time with family and friends.

Eunice is survived by one daughter, Kelly Ostenson, Jamestown; one daughter-in-law, Karen Lynch, Bradenton, FL; two granddaughters, Chloe Ostenson & Cameron Ostenson; Bradenton, FL; four sisters, Violet (Bert) Kuntz, Towner, ND, Darlene (David) Schmidt, Lincoln, ND, Carol DeVries, Minot, ND, and Lois (Virgil) Kuhn, Jamestown, ND; one brother, Allen (Bonnie) Ostenson, Jamestown, ND; many nieces and nephews, special friend, Dennis Cheney; and faithful dog, Abby.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Steven; grandson, Dillon; brother, Clifford; and an infant sister, Mary.

Memorial Service: 4:00 p.m., Saturday, May 2, 2015 at Williams-Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with Father Sean Mulligan officiating.
