GLORIA MARLENE MILLER, 68, of Scottsdale, AZ passed away on Tuesday, May 1, 2007.
Gloria Teske was born August 1, 1938 in Tappen, ND and lived in various other cities of ND until moving to the valley in 1999. She was the daughter of Abraham and Frieda (Rott) Teske of Jamestown, ND. She worked at the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals in Fargo, ND, San Diego, CA and retired from this Government position in Phoenix, AZ in 2002. She will be remembered in our hearts as the type of person that lit up the room with her smile. She struggled with Multiple Sclerosis for the last 12 years of her life which ultimately led to complications and her courageous decision to enter Hospice care and die with comfort and dignity. We love and dearly miss ?Glory? and she will be forever in our hearts. In Heaven she is free to walk again.
Gloria is survived by her husband George Miller; her mother, Frieda Teske, Jamestown; one brother, Jerry, Jamestown; one daughter, Karen Klostreich (Steve Williams), Phoenix, AZ; one son, Scott (Jane) Klostreich, Colorado and two grandsons, Matt and Nick Klostreich, Arvada, CO.
She was preceded in death by her father.
There will be a memorial service for Gloria at 2 PM on May 8, 2007 at Scottsdale Village Square Assisted Living Center in Scottsdale, AZ.
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Friday, May 11, 2007 at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1403 9th Avenue SE, Jamestown, with Pastor John Syvertson officiating.
Visitation: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Friday, May 11, 2007 at the Eddy Funeral Home in Jamestown, ND.
Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND
