Gordon Emo, 76, St. Paul, MN, died Monday, May 17, 2010 in St. Paul.

Gordon James Emo was born March 27, 1933 on the family farm in Ypsilanti, ND, the son of Joseph and Helen (Hoffart) Emo. He attended school at Bathgate, ND and received special training for the blind in Montana. He moved to St. Paul, MN where he worked for the Society for the Blind for 2½ years. He sold pencils in downtown St. Paul for many years.

Survivors include his sister, Helen Jacobson, McHenry, ND and a brother, Patrick Emo, Minneapolis, MN.

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers.

Funeral - 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 22, 2010 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND

Visitation - 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, May 21, 2010 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, ND

Interment - Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, ND
