Harlan Leppert

Harlan Leppert, 77, Edgeley, ND, died Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at his home in rural Edgeley.

Harlan Duane Leppert was born December 27, 1931 in LaMoure, ND, the son of Oscar and Ragna (Oleson) Leppert. He was raised on the family farm in Russell Township near Edgeley, ND and attended the Russell Township School #2. He attended Edgeley High School and graduated in 1952. After graduation, Harlan began farming and continued to farm until the present.

Harlan enjoyed carpentry, cabinetry, welding and anything mechanical. He collected antique tractors and other farm machinery.

Survivors include 3 siblings: James Leppert, Butte, MT; Inez Leppert, Dickey, ND and Roger Leppert, Dickey, ND.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Calen.

Funeral - 1:00 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2009 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Edgeley, ND

Visitation - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday, October 9, 2009 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Edgeley, ND

Interment - Rogate Cemetery, Berlin, ND
