Hilda Reger

Hilda Reger, 92, Eldridge, North Dakota died Thursday, March 30, 2006 at MedCenter One in Bismarck, ND.

Hilda was born November 29, 1913 in Judson, North Dakota, the daughter of Sam and Elise (Hagereth) Hohbein. She received her education in Judson schools. She married Arthur Reger, March 20, 1932 at Judson. They moved from Freda, North Dakota to Eldridge, North Dakota in 1940. She started with the United States Postal Service in 1945 and retired in 1981 as Postmaster at Eldridge for 36 years.

Hilda enjoyed playing cards, traveling and visiting with her friends and relatives.

Hilda is survived by her three sons, Roger Reger, Redondo Beach, CA, Duane Reger, Arlington, VA and Dennis (T) Reger, Indo, CA; seven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren and one great-great grandson.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; five brothers, three sisters and one grandson.

Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Wednesday, April 5, 2006 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Jamestown with Pastor Doug Opp officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 to 8:00 PM, Tuesday, April 4, 2006 at the Eddy Funeral Home in Jamestown.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, ND.
