James O'Neill

James O’Neill, 79, Woodworth, ND passed away Saturday, December 21, 2024 surrounded by family at Eventide Jamestown.

James was born July 30, 1945 in Valley City, North Dakota to William and Lois (Holmes) O’Neill.  James married Rosemary Jacob on November 7, 1964.

He is survived by his wife Rosemary, Woodworth, ND; three sons Donald, Jamestown, ND, Patrick (Wendy), Driscoll, ND, Ronald (Janelle), Woodworth, ND; grandchildren Holly, Isaac, Ryon, Shannon, Logan; eight great grandchildren; two brothers Thomas (Connie), Casper, Wyo., Pat (Connie), Bismarck, ND; two sisters Mary O’Neill and Bonnie Butwin.

James was preceded in death by his parents, brothers William “Punky”, Gannon, Robert, nephew Bobby O’Neill, granddaughter Natalie O’Neill and daughter-in-law Jodi O’Neill.

No services will be held at this time.  There will be a private graveside service held in the spring.
