Janice Rosemore

Janice Rosemore, 66, of Jamestown died Friday, June 6, 2003 at Medcenter One in Bismarck, ND.

Janice Davis was born April 5, 1937 in Carrington, ND the second of thirteen children to Leslie and Lillian (Friezen) Davis. The family moved to a farm east of Carrington in 1945 and Janice received her education in Carrington High School, graduating in 1955. She married Dwaine Rosemore on November 10, 1957 in Carrington. They farmed in the Pingree, ND area in the early years. In 1963, they moved to Jamestown, ND where they operated the Phillips 66 Service Stations. Since 1983, they owned and operated Dwaine's Auto Service in Jamestown. Janice was employed by the Aviko Potato plant lab until her illness.

Janice is survived by her husband, Dwaine Rosemore of Jamestown, ND; four daughters, Barb & Randy Orr of Mandan, ND, Deb Kluckman of Lockport, NY, Pam & Clint Stoltz of Dawson, ND, and Linda Rosemore & Jerry Imholte of Mandan, ND; nine grandchildren, Derrick & Tara Orr, Dusty & Jessie Orr, Willie Orr, Kelly Rosemore, Blaine Rosemore, Kayla Kluckman, Brandi, Tiffany, and Tanner Stoltz; two great-grandchildren, Morgan and Layla; eight sisters and one brother, Connie & Jim Carr, LeAnna Kollman & Kim Schulz, Mary & Tim Zink, Julie & Jim Sherman, and Frank & Kathleen Davis all of Carrington, ND, Sharon & Merlin Steele of Jamestown, ND, Patsy & Roger Clapper of Moorhead, MN, Lynnette & Wayne Cook of Edgeley, ND, and Kathy Peterson of California; sister-in-law, Veronica Davis of Carrington, ND; and brother-in-law, Joe Kramer of Hastings, MN; and many nieces and nephews.

Janice was preceded in death by her son, Steven; her parents; two brothers, Donald and Randy Davis; and one sister, Sue Kramer.

Funeral Service: 1:30PM Monday, June 9, 2003 at St. John's Lutheran Chruch, Jamestown, ND with Rev. Doug Opp officiating.

Visitation: Sunday, June 8, 2003 from 1:00PM to 9:00PM at the Eddy Funeral Home.

Burial: Pingree Cemetery, Pingree, ND.
