Jean Knecht

Jean K. Knecht, 60, Jamestown, North Dakota died Saturday, August 5, 2006 at her home in Jamestown.

Jean K. Anderson was born December 6, 1945 in Jamestown, the daughter of Ernest L. and Lucille M. (Birch) Anderson. She grew up and attended school in Wimbledon, North Dakota. Jean worked as a dishwasher for Bonanza restaurant and later at Applebee's Bar & Grill.

She loved to play bingo and cards.

Jean is survived by three brothers: Ralph (Gay) Anderson, Wimbledon, Andy Anderson, Jamestown and Wayne (Debbie) Anderson, Mansfield, OH; one sister, Eileen Persinger, Mansfield, OH; several nieces and nephews and all her friends at the SRO Home.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Shirley.

Memorial Service: 3:00 PM, Thursday, August 10, 2006 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown with Rev. Bryce Tahran officiating.

No visitation is scheduled.

Burial: Prairie View Cemetery, Wimbledon, North Dakota
