Jeffrey Allan Fettig, 55, Tappen, North Dakota, died February 4, 2015 at a hospital in Montego Bay, Jamaica. Jeff Fettig was born June 24, 1959 in Bismarck, North Dakota to Bernard and Catherine Fettig. Jeff married Bonnie Gruebele on August 12, 1983. He attended Wahpeton State School of Science for Auto Mechanic. Then moved to Bismarck and worked for Cedric Theel. Jeff and Bonnie then moved to Pettibone and worked for Bonnie's parents, before returning to the family farm in 1990. In 1999, they bought the Sauer farm and remain there today. He loved the farm and worked hard so that he could someday hand it down to his children. He was a wonderful husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family with all his heart and there was nothing he wouldn't do for his family and friends. Jeff is survived by his wife, Bonnie; children, Christopher (Emy), Cole (friend Stacie), a special granddaughter, Jordyn; four brothers, Al (Mary) Fettig, Steven (Carla) Fettig, Tommy Fettig, Marvin (Berdina) Fettig; five sisters, Margaret (Larry) Doyle, Mary (Gene) Hartl, Eileen (Doug) Knutson, Diana (Allen) Guthmiller and Karri (Bryan) Stroh and many nieces and nephews.
