Jerry Willman

Jerry Willman, 81, passed away peacefully at his home in Jamestown, ND on July 17, 2020.

Jerry was born July 7, 1939 in Jamestown, ND, the son of Joseph and Jean (Lorig) Willman. He attended school at St. John’s Academy. On June 8th, 1963 he married Janice Greene at St. James Catholic Church. They made their home in Jamestown where he was a self-employed Carpet Installer.

He enjoyed spending time with family, especially his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also enjoyed golfing with friends and watching Bison football.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Janice, their 3 children, Janine (Jon) Rath, Janell (Kevin) Hanson, Jodi (Jeff Zuck) Willman, all of Jamestown, ND; 7 grandchildren, Justin Rath (Helen), Jordan Rath (Megan) Colorado, Allison Willman, Katie (Adam) Archambeau, Jeremy Willman (Natasha), Joe Hanson, Jake Hanson all of Jamesown; 5 Great Grandchildren, Olivia, Zander, Macie, Izaiah, Jaeger; Brother, John (Linda) Willman, brother-in-law, Jim (Cheryl) Greene; several nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, in-laws Dick and Judy Greene, sister Judy Williams, and nephew Dan Williams.

At Jerry’s request, a private family service will be held.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to JRMC Hospice, or the JRMC Cancer Center.
