Joseph Bebo

Vertis Joseph Bebo, 86, of Jamestown, ND, died Tuesday, April 17, 2012, at Jamestown Regional Medical Center, Jamestown.

Vertis Joseph Bebo was born June 26, 1925, in Flandreau, South Dakota. He grew up and attended school in Dolliver, Iowa. Joe entered the US Army Medical Corps. in 1943 and served during WWII. In 1947, Joe was discharged and then attended Drake University in Iowa. He married Joan Williamson on March 12, 1950. Joe worked in sales and enjoyed farming.

He is survived by two daughters, Diana (Dan) Hanson, Jamestown and Deborah (Mark) Smith, Fargo, ND; 4 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his wife; 5 brothers; and 1 sister.

Memorial Service: 11:00 a.m., Friday, April 20, 2012 at the Jamestown Seventh Day Adventist Church, Jamestown.

Visitation: None scheduled. Arrangements by the Williams-Lisko
Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
