Joseph D Laqua

Joseph D. LaQua, 65, of Jamestown, ND, passed away with family by his side on Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 at his home.

Joseph Douglas LaQua was born February 21, 1956, in Jamestown, the son of Paul J. and Virginia (Hunt) LaQua.  He graduated from Jamestown High School in 1974, then attended and graduated from Bismarck Junior College.  Joseph worked in the construction field until he became ill.

Joseph is survived by his siblings, Mary LaQua, Becky Dunn, Phillip J. LaQua, Rick (Deb Carlson) LaQua, Jamestown, Donna (Tim) LaQua-Welch; sister-in-law, Sue LaQua; and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Fred LaQua.

Mass of Christian Burial – 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 25, 2022 at St. John’s Catholic Church, Kensal, ND with Father Sean Mulligan officiating.

Visitation – One hour before the service at the church.

Burial – St. John’s Cemetery, Kensal, ND at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be sent to a charity of the donor’s choice.
