Judith Perry

Judith Perry, 79, of Jamestown, ND, passed away peacefully early Tuesday morning, October 15, 2019 at home surrounded by her family after a brief illness.

Judith was born August 6, 1940 in Valley City, ND to Ole and Cecelia (Hass) Berg. She grew up in Jamestown and attended Jamestown public schools. She was a devoted homemaker and school bus driver. She enjoyed bowling and ice fishing with her sisters as well as gardening and beekeeping with her husband, Darrell.

Judith is survived by her children, Mike (Sue), Minneapolis, Mitch (Michelle), Cambridge, MN, Michele (Kyle) Fear, Aberdeen, SD. Grandchildren Steven Rosendahl, Lynae Rosendahl, Katie Osterman, Keeley Fear, Allison Todd, Aaron Perry, Cecelia Dissanayake, and Rebecca Perry, nine great-grandchildren, sister Barbara Hanson and brother Ron Berg.

She was preceded in death by her husband Darrell, parents Ole and Cecelia Berg, sisters Betty Kratzke, Beverly Hanson, and brothers Don Berg, John Berg and Jim Berg.

The family appreciates the support and care of JRMC Hospice for all their help. A special thank you to granddaughters Allison and Katie for their wonderful nursing skills and care for our Mom.

No funeral services will be held per Judith’s wishes. A celebration of life for both Darrell and Judith is planned for the spring.
