Justin Williams

Justin Williams, 40, of Jamestown, ND, passed away after a long and courageous battle with Leukemia, on January 5, 2017 in his home surrounded by his loving family.

Justin was born on December 5, 1976, in Valley City, ND, the son of Ken Williams and Darlene (Anderson) Stebner. He attended grade school in Woodworth, ND and graduated from West Fargo High School in 1995. Justin met Cortnie Cook while attending NDSU in Fargo and graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering. They married on November 30, 2002 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Jamestown. Justin and Cortnie made their home in Jamestown where Justin worked for UTC. He was skilled at metalworking and could make just about anything. Justin loved hunting, fishing, and playing softball with his friends. His final elk hunt was in December 2016 in Wyoming. He and Cortnie also enjoyed hiking and camping in the mountains.

Justin was a member of Concordia Lutheran Church, Dakota Anglers, and the Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.

Justin is survived by his wife, Cortnie; their two sons, Isaac and Benjamin; mother, Darlene Stebner; step-father, Algene Stebner; step-mother, Marsha Williams and his siblings; Tyler (Cristin) Williams, Michael (Janet) Stebner, Terri Stebner Tufte, Tanya (Evan) Westra, Michael (Teresa) Reimers, and Lindsay (Mark) Gruhlke; mother and father-in-law, Wayne and Lynnette Cook; sister-in-law, JoDee (Wes) Dacar; grandmother, Donna Beiswanger (Irving) Dewey; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Ken Williams; and grandparents.

Memorial Service : 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, January 11, 2017 at Concordia Lutheran Church, Jamestown.

Prayer Service : 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Concordia Lutheran Church.
