Kelly J. Suko, 55, of Casper, WY, formerly of Bismarck, ND, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Casper, WY.
Kelly Jay Suko was born May 28, 1965, in Jamestown, ND, the son of Duane and DeElda (Schumaker) Suko. He graduated from Gackle High School in 1983 and enlisted in the Army National Guard. Kelly served his basic training in Ft. Dix, NJ and returned to North Dakota upon his discharge. He was united in marriage to Holly Lunzman on April 15, 1982 and they had two children together. Kelly worked for Kirby Honey Farms, Gackle, and then the family moved to Bismarck, ND where he worked for Coca Cola Vending. He then worked as a Senior Right-of-way Agent/Land Man at Basin Electric Power Cooperative in Bismarck for 14 years. Kelly later married Valerie Giedd, Chamberlain, SD, and continued his career in Casper, WY as of last year.
Kelly loved MOPAR products, to hunt, ride motorcycle, and make people laugh. He was especially fond of his grandchildren and his puppy, Scooby.
Kelly is survived by his son, Nick ( Lyndsey) Suko and their daughter, Aubrie; daughter, Lindsay (James) Porten, and their son, Ryker; father, Duane Suko; brother, Pat (Joan) Suko, and their children, Dakota (Kendall Frahm) Suko and Logan Suko.
He was preceded in death by his mother, DeElda Suko and grandparents.
Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, May 12, 2021 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Gackle, ND with Rev. Nathan Wicks
Visitation: 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at the church.
Interment: Gackle Cemetery, Gackle, ND.
