Lanny began the pursuit of his passion for music as an adolescent, and was proud to be a guitarist with ?Wee Windy Winslow & the Walkers? in Jamestown during his high school years. Lanny?s love for making music led him to reside in cities in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Colorado where he played with a variety of bands. He often entertained at family gatherings, much to the joy of all within earshot.

Lanny earned his CNA certification in Moorhead, MN; shortly thereafter, he suffered a closed head injury, and had resided in Sheyenne Care Center until his death. Thanks to the amazing care, compassion and love that he received from the Care Center staff, and to the companionship of fellow residents, his life was as rich and full as possible.
