Lloyd D. Kollman, 57, Kensal, North Dakota, died Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Palliative Care Unit, Sanford Hospital, Fargo, North Dakota under the angelic and heavenly care of all the nurses and doctors. Lloyd was born December 3, 1956 in Kensal, North Dakota to LaDell and Gloria (Baltrusch) Kollman. He attended and graduated from Kensal High School in 1975. On January 31, 1976, Lloyd married Gail Neva in Kensal. Lloyd started working with his brother-in-law "Frank" dairy farming. He also worked for Vining Oil Co. for twenty-eight years during that time he also drove bus for the Kensal Public School. Lloyd started at UTC in Jamestown in 2008 working as a machinist. In 2010, he worked for Stutsman County Road Department and in 2011 weekends at UTC. Lloyd enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and grand nieces. He was a self taught carpenter. Lloyd is survived by his wife, Gail, Kensal, ND; three sons, Lloyd, Jr., Kensal, ND, Nathan, Jamestown, Prentice, Jamestown, ND; special niece, Ana (Matt) Neir and her two daughters, Veronica and Alessandra Neir; two granddaughters, Morgan and Shaylee Kollman, Fargo, ND; mother, Gloria Peterson, New Rockford, ND; two brothers, Wallace (Eileen) Darkow, Sawyer, ND; Loren (Deb) Kollman, Devils Lake, ND; three sisters, Bonnie (Craig) Hoggarth, Kensal, ND, Cheryl (Paul) Bauer, Williston, ND, Darla Becker, Jamestown, ND; mother-in-law, Patricia Neva, Jamestown, ND; sisters-in-law, Pam (Frank) Baumgartner, AZ, Beth Neva, Jamestown, ND, Cindy (Mike) Mitchell, Eagan, MN; one brother-in-law, Andrew Nykolayow, Fargo, ND; twelve nephews and seven nieces. He was preceded in death by his father LaDell, father-in-law, Louis Neva, two step fathers, Arnold Young & Lloyd Peterson, baby brother, Paul, , brother-in-law, sister-in-law, Paulette Nykolayow and grandparents.

Eucharist of Christian Burial: 10:30 AM, Wednesday, May 14, 2014 at St. John's Catholic Church, Kensal, ND with Fr. Al Bitz, officiating.

Visitation: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Tuesday, May 13, at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.

Vigil Service: 7:30 PM, Tuesday, May 13 at St. John's Catholic Church, Kensal.

Burial: St. John's Cemetery, Kensal, ND
