Lorraine Koushkouski, 86, Jamestown, ND died Tuesday, February 09, 2010 at Ave Maria Village, Jamestown, ND.

Joyce Lorraine Bolme was born on July 1, 1923 at Jamestown, ND the daughter of Nels and Martha (Bryne) Bolme. She was raised at Jamestown and graduated from Jamestown High School in 1941. Following her graduation she attended Central Dakota Business College and Interstate Business College at Fargo. Lorraine entered the U. S. Navy in November, 1944 and served until May, 1946. She returned to Jamestown following her discharge and married Tony Koushkouski on September 11, 1947. They made Jamestown their home. Lorraine worked at Midway Chevrolet, Eddy Furniture and CenDak Leasing (R.M. Stoudt) as a bookkeeper for many years. Tony died August 24, 2007. She became a resident of Ave Maria Village in October, 2007.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Linda (Mike) Kraemer, Brooklyn Park, MN and Marilyn (Bob) Skattum, Louisville, TN; 1 son, Tom (Marcia), Jamestown, ND; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, parents, 2 brothers, Obert and Richard and 1 sister, Muriel Linseth.

Lorraine was a member of St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND and the VFW Ladies Auxiliary.

Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, February 13, 2010 at St. James Basilica, Jamestown, ND.

Prayer Service: 7:00 p.m. Friday at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Jamestown.

Visitation: 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Lisko Funeral Chapel and 1 hour prior to services in the church on Saturday.

Interment: Calvary Cemetery, Jamestown, ND.
