Lorraine Linstaedt

Lorraine Linstaedt, 92, Jamestown, ND, died Saturday, November 5, 2011 at Ave Maria Village in Jamestown.

Lorraine Anderson was born October 27, 1919 in Canby, MN, the daughter of Louis and Mary (Williamson) Anderson. They moved to the Ypsilanti-Montpelier, ND area when Lorraine was a small child and she received her education in rural area schools. Lorraine married Walter Linstaedt in 1946 and they farmed in the Montpelier area until Walter's death in 1985. Lorraine moved to Jamestown and has resided here since.

Lorraine is survived by one daughter, Marlene Tuma, Jamestown.

She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; one sister, Agnes Wibstad; and one brother, Donald Anderson.
