Lyle Thorman

Lyle Thorman, 58, Jamestown, ND died at Fargo, ND on Thursday, February 1, 2007.
Lyle Robert Thorman was born at Jamestown, ND on December 29, 1948, the son of Lyle and Hattie (Schielke) Thorman. He attended school in Jamestown. Lyle moved with his family to Sabin, MN in 1959. He graduated from High School in Barnesville, MN. Lyle moved with his family to Seattle, WA where he attended a Trade School. He enlisted and served in the U. S. Navy and then worked for a bottling company in Seattle, and also worked in the Texas oil fields and for oil producers in the Gulf. He married Rosemarie Sinkevich at Seattle in 1969. He lived and worked in
California from 1983 until 1987 when he moved to Jamestown with his mother. They lived here until moving to Fargo in 2000.
Survivors include his 2 daughters: Theresa (Dwight) Bennett, Gig Harbor, WA;Wendy Thorman, Tacoma, WA; 8 grandchildren; 4 sisters: Sandra Johns, Seal Beach, CA; Sharon (Marvin) Matthiesen, Eatonville, WA; Jean Miller and Lisa Thorman, both of Renton, WA.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
