Margaret Meyers

Margaret Meyers, 79, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Monday, January 17, 2005 at Innovis Health, Fargo, ND.

Margaret Marie Erstad was born June 22, 1925 in Hawley, Minnesota, the daughter of Nels and Inga (Jore) Erstad. She married Robert Meyers in 1949. Margaret lived and worked most of her life in Jamestown.

Margaret is survived by her daughter, Roberta Meyers and son-in-law, Thom Miranda, beloved grandchildren, Abigail and Thomas Miranda, all of Mendota Heights, MN, her sisters, Geneva Moriarty and Helen (Merlin) Heinitz, both of Jamestown, brother, Nels Erstad, Overguard, AZ, special niece and nephew-in-law, Gail and Jim Schultz, Jamestown, friend Bernice Fousek, Jamestown, and many other nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, parents and two sisters.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Atonement Lutheran Church, Jamestown, North Dakota.

The family extends their heartfelt appreciation to the staffs of Dakota Clinic and Jamestown Hospital, both in Jamestown and Innovis Hospital in Fargo for the care of Margaret.

Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Friday, January 21, 2005 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel with Pastor Steve Berntson officiating.

Burial: Highland Home Cemetery, Jamestown, North Dakota.
