Marie Radermacher

Marie Radermacher, 86, Monango, ND, died Wednesday, July 16, 2008 at the Oakes Community Hospital, Oakes, ND.
Marie Johanna Broerman was born December 3, 1921 in Melrose, MN, the daughter of Henry and Mary (Klonne) Broerman. She was raised on the family farm near Melrose and attended school in Sauk Center, MN. After her schooling she worked on the family farm. On June 10, 1943, she married Sylvester Radermacher and they settled on a farm east of Sauk Center, MN. In 1957, they purchased a farm near Monango, ND where she continued to live until the present.
Marie was a member of Transfiguration Catholic Church, the Transfiguration Altar Society, the Monango Betterment Association and the Democratic Party. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, making afghans, cooking, baking, gardening, canning, making photo books for her children and visiting with friends and family. She especially enjoyed her terrier/poodle who was a great source of comfort to her.
Survivors include 13 children: Dale (Bev) Radermacher, Monango, ND; Gene (Brenda) Radermacher, Monango, ND; Nancy Skinner, Richland, WA; Michael Radermacher, Monango, ND; Darlene (LeRoy) Musland, Edgeley, ND; David (Sandy) Radermacher, Monango, ND; Mary Kay (Greg) Brokaw, Ashley, ND; Joyce (Russ) Grueneich, Ellendale, ND; Carla (Duane) VanDyke, Ypsilanti, ND; Gloria (Jon) Marker, Montpelier, ND; Corrine (Kelly) Glynn, Fullerton, ND; Jacqueline (Jeff) Glaser, Dickinson, ND; Paulette (Mitch) Carlson, LaMoure, ND; 29 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; daughter, Kristi; infant son, Patrick; and a granddaughter, Wendy.
Funeral - 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 18, 2008 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, Edgeley, ND
Prayer Service - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Transfiguration Catholic Church, Edgeley, ND.
Visitation - noon to 5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Lisko Funeral Chapel, Edgeley, ND and 1 hour prior to services at the church on Friday
Interment - Mount Calvary Cemetery, Edgeley, ND
