Marilyn Sizer, 72, Wimbledon, ND died Saturday, July 30, 2005 at Central Dakota Nursing Home, Jamestown.
Marilyn Mohr was born October 24, 1932 in Jamestown to John and Vera (Darkenwald) Mohr. She grew up in Wimbledon and graduated from Wimbledon High School. On October 28, 1950 she married Charles Sizer in Wimbledon. They raised their family and farmed near Wimbledon. Marilyn and Charles have owned and operated CM's Place in Wimbledon since 1975. She was a member of St. Mary's Circle and the alter society, and the Wimbledon Legion Auxiliary. Marilyn enjoyed reading and traveling with her family.
She is survived by her husband, Charles, Wimbledon; four daughters, Merry (Doug) Brueske, Jamestown, Charleen (Dean) Vollmer, Fargo, Kristy (John) Jeske, Jamestown, Stacy (Glenn) Schulz, Jamestown; two sons, Daniel (Linda), Wimbledon, Michael (Babbi), Jamestown; fifteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and two nephews, John Connor, San Diego, CA and Shawn Connor, Tallahassee, FL. She was preceded in death by her sister, Verlee Connor and her parents.
Funeral Service: Tuesday, August 2, 2005 at 10:30 AM at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Wimbledon with Fr. Steve Meyer, officiating.
Visitation: Monday, August 1 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Eddy Funeral Home, Jamestown.
Prayer Service: Monday, August 1 at 7:30 PM at St. Boniface Catholic Church, Wimbledon.
Burial: St. Boniface Catholic Cemetery, Wimbledon.
