Marlene Morehouse

Marlene Morehouse passed away September 30th, 2015 at Eventide in Jamestown, ND. She was born February 23rd, 1933 in Jamestown, ND to Louis and Fannie (Kirsch) Lippert. Marlene loved to play cards, board games with friends and family. She loved decorating up her yard, gardening, and watching game shows on TV. Marlene had a love for cats and had many favorites throughout her life.
She married Palmer Morehouse in November 1954. They moved to Pierre, SD until the summer of 1966 when they returned to Jamestown, ND. Palmer passed away in 1983. Later she met the love of her life LeRoy Wiest whom passed away in 2008.
She is survived by her children: Rhonda (Vahn) Stone, Hillsboro, OR; Brenda (Jon) Dahl, Sidney, MT; Ramona (Gene) Just, Paul Morehouse, Crystal Morehouse, Lanita (Brad Larson) Morehouse, John Morehouse all of Jamestown, ND; Shani (Shawn) Crane, Clearwater, NE; Vanessa (Ron) Frink, Crosby, MN; Penny (Bob) Heery, Prospect, TN, one brother, William Lippert of Washington and a long time school friend Pearl Sizzly, 46 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Palmer, her parents, 2 brothers, and special friend LeRoy Wiest.

Visitation: Friday October 2nd, 2015 from 3pm to 7pm at Eddy Funeral Home.
Funeral: Saturday October 3rd, 2015 at Church of the Nazarene, Jamestown, ND at 1:00pm with Pastor Matt Zimmer, officiating.
Burial: Highland Cemetery Jamestown, ND.
