Martin "Bill" Kruger, 83, Jamestown, North Dakota went to his heavenly home on April 17, 2015. He was born at Trinity Hospital in Jamestown on June 5, 1931, to Martin and Pauline (Florhaug) Kruger. Bill attended 8th grade at the country school in Hidden Township. He was the third generation on the family farm, living there for 77 years. Bill moved to Jamestown in 2008, but Bill left his heart on the farm. He enjoyed and loved raising cattle, farm auctions and trail rides. Bill also enjoyed telling stories, jokes, casinos and never met a stranger. He was a member of the Stutsman County ASCS Board, Hidden Township Board, Buchanan School Board and drove school bus for many years. Bill married Christine Clawson in 1955, they later divorced. Bill married Wanda (Wraalstad) Scott on January 3, 1979. He is survived by his wife, Wanda; four children, Lisa (Kevin) Burggraff, Paula (Loren) Rudolph, Mark (Sheila Michel) Kruger, Eric (Nicole) Kruger; four step-children, Robert (Pam) Scott, Richard Scott, Pamela Scott and Dawn (Mike) Moser; ten grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; two sisters, Jeanne Hemstock and Emily (Joel) Weible. He was preceded in death by his son, Mike, parents and four sisters.
Funeral Service: 10:30 AM, Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Jamestown, ND with Pastor Eric Weber, officiating.
Visitation: 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 21 at Eddy Funeral Home.
Prayer Service: 7:00 PM, Tuesday, April 21 at Eddy Funeral Home.
Burial: Courtenay Cemetery.
