Michael P. Komjati

Michael P. Komjati, 65, Jamestown, North Dakota, died Tuesday, January 29, 2008 from cancer at MeritCare Hospital in Fargo, ND.

Michael was born July 2, 1942 in Medina, Ohio, the son of Steve and Mary (Scenna) Komjati. He served in the US Army 181st Airborne Special Forces while in Vietnam.

He enjoyed family, friends and the outdoors.

Michael is survived by his wife, Kathie, Jamestown; four daughters, Michelle (John F.) Overby, Carrington, ND, Marilyn (Shawn W.) Ost, Reynolds, ND, Leslie (Jose S.) Gomez and Leslie Latuseck, both of Jamestown; two sons, Dennis Komjati and Michael (Norine) Komjati, both of Jamestown; nine grandchildren, Jacob, Kaleb, Logan, Brittany, Anna, Marisol, Alisha, Wyatt & Lynnel; a brother-in-law, Darrell (Nancy) Gregg, Chippewa Lake, OH and many other family members in Ohio.

He was preceded in death by his parents and several aunts and uncles.

Funeral Service: 2:00 PM, Saturday, February 2, 2008 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel, Jamestown, with Pastor Susan Lester officiating.

Visitation: 1:00 to 7:00 PM, Friday, February 1, 2008 at the Eddy Funeral Home

Prayer Service: 7:00 PM, Friday, February 1, 2008 at the Eddy Funeral Chapel.

Burial: Sunset Memorial Gardens, Jamestown, North Dakota
